Do you have OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER (OCD)??

Do you repeatedly checking in on loved ones to make sure they are safe??

Do you spend lot of time for washing or cleaning??

Do you pray excessively or engage in rituals triggering by religious fear??

Do you have fear of being contaminated by germs or dirt or contaminating others??

Are you checking anything twice and making your mind tensed. I think you may have this this kind of disorder.

In the medical field,  for anykind of symptom you will have a name ending with the word disorder. It’s very funny, and you will be shocked by listening the names of the disorders. 

Disorder mean it’s nothing but you are missing or you are having more than the human in this world. 

If a doctor told you that “you have disorder and follow some excercises which I prescribed” don’t panic by those words. Just keep calm and think of yourself and analyse in your heart that what happened to you.

Your disorder may come from your thinking, feelings, situations you are facing, because of your relations, your negative thoughts and whatever the reason it may be. Doctor will say that you have a disorder. It’s not a disorder in regards of your heart. You have something new different in your work and your mind. 

Everyone in this world face this OCD. No need to worry, because you are having more precious disorder that has a symptom of repeatedly checking in on loved ones to make sure they are safe?? That’s enough to make you good and feel you good in this world.

Disorder is an odor that keeps you in a right path but the world can’t accept it
