Absence of people doesn’t hurt, but presence of memories does.
When ever you are keeping quit and thinking something, in-between your thoughts may engage with some memories in your past.
I think it’s better to be alone, so that your health will be good and mainly sleep will not be disturbed.
Hang with memories and enjoy the feel of that, but if your heart is going deeper it will totally disturb your mental health. Because if the memories become more prior there will not be more memories. Let them come. Give a chance for new memories to refresh and infuse the old memories and mix with new.
